Custom designed will be available in a few months with the release of Mortal Kombat X for Xbox 360, Xbox One, PlayStation 3, PlayStation 4 and PC. This year execute the goriest fatality with custom designed arcade stick made especially for the game. The picture only shows for Xbox version but Playstation 4 version will also follow later on. There is no actual announcement about the price, just stay tune with GameStop to get all the updates about the product.
